Ingredients
- 50 grams almonds
- 250 grams dried figs
- 50 grams dried apricots
- 50 grams walnuts
- 1/2 tbsp brandy
- 1 tbsp honey
Directions
- In a blender, finely chop the almonds. Set aside.
- Also chop the figs in the blender so they form a thick and sticky paste.
- Add the almonds and mix.
- Add the chopped walnuts, apricots cut into small pieces, brandy, and honey. Mix well to obtain a very thick paste.
- Roll the dough into a sausage and wrap it in a piece of parchement paper. The paper will prevent it from drying out. Store in a cool place. It can be made 2 to 3 days in advance.
