Ingredients
  • 50 grams almonds
  • 250 grams dried figs
  • 50 grams dried apricots
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 1/2 tbsp brandy
  • 1 tbsp honey
Directions
  1. In a blender, finely chop the almonds. Set aside. 
  2. Also chop the figs in the blender so they form a thick and sticky paste. 
  3. Add the almonds and mix. 
  4. Add the chopped walnuts, apricots cut into small pieces, brandy, and honey. Mix well to obtain a very thick paste. 
  5. Roll the dough into a sausage and wrap it in a piece of parchement paper. The paper will prevent it from drying out. Store in a cool place. It can be made 2 to 3 days in advance.
