2019 Syrah - Retail: $65

95% Syrah, 5% Petite Sirah
Deep purple in appearance- unfixed & unfiltered.
Teriyaki plum, vanilla, dill, salt and sea, dried lavender, blueberry, and sausage on the nose.
Tannins framed nicely by extended barrel aging - medium body.
2018 Syrah - Retail: $55
Dubost Estate Vineyard
90% Syrah, 5% Viognier, 5% Grenache
Medium - deep purple in appearance.
Herbal meaty, savory dough, plum on the nose.
Strong but refined tannins lead way to nice tart fruit on the finish.
2017 Syrah - Retail: $60
Aged for 18 months in 50% new Oak, we return to our pedigree. This blend consists of 3 different lots from 3 different vineyards, all Adelaida District. Dubost Estate, Starr Ranch, and Rancho del Cielo fruit was fermented separately with native yeast and allowed to age independently then blended to make a wonderful westside Syrah that is both elegant and powerful. Most portions were kept whole cluster to add spice and depth with the remaining fermented whole berry for added fruit and aromatics. Drink now through 2032.
