2020 Reserva

Deep purple, fully impenetrable amazingly opaque. On first whiff, sweet tart vitamin candied aromas meet deep dark fruit, silk, leather, seaweed and spice aromas. High tones of cherry tart rest in the middle of chocolate covered red fruit. Hints of orange citrus vegetal stem, orange bergamot and lots of vanilla creeping in the background. Tannin structure is medium plus but round and nearly dry but shows supple amounts of restraint. Big fruit is subdued by large elements of savory character. As the wine opens, more red fruit emerges on the palate complementing fresh acid, graphite, pencil wood as well as blueberry and strawberry. A dense wine that changes drastically with the air of time, like a good novel or cinema.
