Tasting Notes
Extremely Dark in the Glass. Black cherry and strong cassis on the nose. Rich flavors of cassis cream and espresso that are suspended by thick tannins and good acidity.
Production Notes
Fermented in small open top fermentors using native yeast and only punch downs 2-3 times daily. 90 cased produced.
