2016 Gran Reserva
Light garnet color in appearance with crystal clarity. Subtle floral notes on the nose mingle with a sweet ripeness. The taste delicately moves from a playful start to an elegant finish.
De-stemmed and fermented whole berry using native yeast for 14 days followed by a 3 day extended maceration. Aged in 25% new and 75% neutral oak barrels. 70 cases produced.
