Aged 17 months in 25% new oak and the remaining in neutral barrels, the fruit is 25% Estate Fruit and 75% from our next door neighbor McGourty vineyard. The grapes were 100% de-stemmed to preserve fruit aromatics and flavors then fermented with native yeast in small 1/2 ton fermentors for 14 days then undergoing a 3 day extended maceration after primary.     Drink now though 2029
