Aged for 16 months in 25% new oak with the remaining percentage aged in neutral oak. This bottling is a blend of three Adelaida district vineyards, Dubost Estate, Starr Ranch and Rancho del Cielo( formally Carina Cellars estatevineyard). Typical white production protocol techniques were deployed here, whole cluster pressed and cold settled in tank, the juice was then transferred and fermented in stainless steel for 20 days before being moved to oak barriquesto undergo a partial native malolactic fermentation. Careful selection of the best five barrels were put off

to the side in reserve, due to the weight and complexity of the wine it allowed for a longer than normal barrel aging regime surpassing by 12 months its predecessors. Enjoy now through 2024
