OLIVES
On Saturday (Nov. 10) we picked our ’07 olive crop. The fruit ripened
early this year so there was much more dark black fruit balancing the
blush or green fruit. This will give us a little different tasting oil
than the ’06. We will be bottling and tasting that in a few weeks. We
want to give the oil time to settle out any solids.
One of these days we may try a soap project with those solids but for
now we are just happy to have a great new vintage of oil to offer.

Meanwhile the ’06 is available and GREAT!
