The grapes for our old world, Bandol inspired, 2009 Rose were harvested, whole
cluster pressed and fermented together in stainless steel before six months of
barrel aging in French oak, twenty percent new from the Jupillies forest. 55%
Mouvedre. 45% Grenache. 100 cases produced.
