Our Whiteheart is another testament to the versatility of "The Grenache" in Paso
Robles. Whole cluster pressed to retain the purity of its' fruit , fermented in
stainless for fresh aromatics, aged one year in a combination of French, Russian,
and neutral oak barrels for complexity and tannin; this wine is an anomaly
wrapped in a paradox. 2/3 Grenache 1/3 Estate Viognier. One of a kind. 75
cases produced.
