Rich and sophisticated medley of flavors—plum, apricot, roast beef, toffee
and toasted almonds, with a lingering finish of leather and pomegranate. A
surprisingly crisp mouthfeel keeps the flavors lifted and bright in this
Spanish-themed blend.
A blend of 50% Tempranillo from Seleto vineyards in San Benito county and
50% Grenache from the Starr Ranch in Adelaida these are both pedigreed
vineyards. Fermented and aged for two years separately, the Tempranillo in
new French oak and the Grenache in neutral hogshead barrels, they were
blended and aged in neutral hogshead barrels an additional year to “marry”.
Bottle aged one year prior to release.
