A blend of Viognier(75%)and Rousanne(25%)this wine is very expressive with
delicate aromas of crisp autumn fruits, Granny Smith apples and pears with
citrus notes. Flavors of apricot are complimented by a balanced acidity and a
long smooth finish.
Alexandrine Dubost was unofficial "Mayor of Adelaida". Postmistress,
proprietress of the Adelaida General Store, immigrant from Cherborg, France,
mother of five, smart, independent and a real pioneer of Adelaida. In her
honor, we have named our special bottling.
